Employee Psychology and Assessment Lab

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology and Head of the Employee Psychology and Assessment Lab at UTEP. My training and research interests are in employee psychology, measurement, and quantitative psychology. 
In my (nonexistent) free time, I enjoy wasting time, watching and making indie films, listening to music and toying with various musical instruments, sailing, scuba diving, spearfishing, and hanging out with friends.
